Gasthof Bottler in Veldenz

We, my mother and I had 5 wonderful days at Hotel Bottler. The service was good, the food was good, everything was neat. The bus trip to Trier was great! We were well looked after. We will certainly come back here!

Nice quiet place just before Bernkastel Hotel Bottler, very neat rooms, food great every day can choose from various menus. Just don't understand the negative reviews but it is what you are used to from home !!!!!.

We had a very good time in hotel Bottler. Great rooms. Breakfast and lunch well taken care of. Dinner exquisite. More than enough and very varied! Staff do their very best to please and are very friendly. Trip by bus to Trier all the way. Music evening very nice. Ineke and Maria

Bad hotel. Unfriendly Staff. You also don't get what Enjoy stands for. We will never come here again. Super service from Enjoy Netherlands. They are now in hotel Hutter and it is great there. Friendly staff. You get snacks regularly. And indeed the evening meal is much better. What was positive about hotel Bottler was the day trip by bus to Trier. But that's the only thing.

We were there at about 12.30 pm and after waiting for 10 minutes someone arrived and we were received by the owner and we could also eat something. We were shown a table where we had to sit with the food all week. The breakfast was fine but the evening meal was less almost the same every night everyone was tired of it. After dinner you will sit on the terrace if you were lucky because it was much too small for the number of rooms they have, you could sit high with 16 people. If you wanted to have something to drink, you had to get it yourself from the bar, that does not matter, but you did have to watch for a while because there was no one to be seen after about 10 minutes the owner / owner comes to have a drink and it was every time. These people are not suited to run a hotel, they weren't very friendly and they didn't speak Dutch at all. In the evening there was also no nut or anything on the table. We had to put on a face mask in the hotel, but the owner himself has it on the bottom of the chin and we received a warning that we have to use it. When we left on Thursday morning, we didn't see anyone and put the key on the bar.

Rooms and hotel were good But there is no atmosphere at all in the managers and they are unfriendly There is no assumption that you have to ensure that you get something to drink and they also ask to bring in the glasses from the terrace yourself There is no one in the bar, so always wait for someone to order your drink After 17x in other Enjoy hotels where everything is fine👌👍 Bottler is really a must We are real Enjoy fraeks and always satisfied But this time it was a big setback for us and many other guests who were present We explained that no other Enjoy hotel is the same as Bottler I would like to inform everyone who reads that Enjoy hotels is a Super hotel chain and should not be slated by this one hotel

Excellent value for money in this all inclusive hotel. Well central in an area where you can walk or cycle around the Moselle. The owner arranges (sometimes for free) extra activities such as a day trip to Trier or a wine tasting. Corona measures are followed closely. One downside: too few seats on the terrace.

Great opportunity to stay. Simple but neat room. Very friendly and helpful host and wife. Great food and breakfast.

Atmosphere is great ... breakfast is very basic Dinner not bad .. but limited choice Salad bar again very basic .. We will not be back here again.

Unfortunately, one is here as a non-Dutch scum. Just as one was titled by the operation. Zero stars were not possible, though they were deserved. I have never received such poor poor people from Veldenz.

My parents, aunt and uncle stayed in EnjoyhotelBottler. The name "Enjoy" is apparently very appropriate! They came home excited and very satisfied and asked me to write the following: “We thank you very much for the pleasant stay in your hotel with a" beautiful location ", beautifully maintained rooms and good kitchen! But above all the friendliness and helpfulness of both of you and the staff made our stay a winner! We will be back for sure !! Thank you again for the flexibility and the good care.
